Liks Ice Cream has earned our following of loyal customers because each batch is hand-crafted with superior ingredients and the difference is clear. Liks Ice Cream is worthy of the numerous awards and accolades it has received over its 30+ years in operation. In addition to offering premium ice cream, we also make a variety of gourmet yogurts, sherbets and sorbets.
We offer a wide selection of traditional ice cream flavors but our customers have created a large number of our most popular ice creams. If there is a certain ice cream flavor you are craving, or you remember from your childhood but can’t find anywhere, let our friendly scoopers know. How It’s Made
Every batch of ice cream starts with a special blend of cream, eggs and sugar chilled in a mixer-freezer to 10°F. We then add delicious high quality flavors and ingredients like candies, sauces, fruits, nuts and baked goods. We stir in all fudge, caramel, butterscotch and marshmallow ripples by hand. The ice cream is then placed in hardening cabinets for a quick freeze to -30°F to ensure smooth texture. After that, the ice cream is thawed to 0°F and is ready for you to enjoy.
All batches of ice creams, yogurts, sorbets and sherbets are made two to four tubs at a time, which means our attention to detail creates a consistently delectable product.
